Audrey Goins Cormier’s passion for golf extends far beyond the game itself. After a
39-year career at Chevron, where she led cross-functional teams in
supplier sourcing, procurement, and supplier diversity, she transitioned her focus to championing
leadership, inclusion, and community building—both in business and on the golf course.
As a
former trustee of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and a Hall of Fame inductee, Audrey has spent years advocating for
women-owned businesses and supplier diversity initiatives. She now brings that same dedication to access and opportunity to the golf community.
In 2022, she founded
Let’s Chat About Golf, creating an
inclusive space for women to connect, learn, and grow their game. What began as a
weekly virtual gathering has evolved into a vibrant community focused on
leadership, networking, and personal development through golf. Audrey also authored the book,
Let’s Chat About Golf, which explores how the game serves as a
powerful tool for career advancement, mentorship, and breaking barriers in traditionally male-dominated spaces.
Beyond
Let’s Chat About Golf, Audrey serves on the
First Tee Oakland board, supporting youth development through golf, and is a
golf tournament official with the
WGANC Women’s Subcommittee, where she helps uphold the integrity of the game.
Whether in the boardroom or on the fairway, Audrey is committed to fostering
conversations about leadership, equity, and professional development. She is available for
keynotes, panels, and workshops on topics such as
building diverse teams, leadership development, and leveraging golf for professional growth.
